About The Role We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Specialist L3 to support enterprise‑grade Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations. This role focuses on CyberArk PAS core components, account onboarding, upgrades, DR/HA operations, and IAM integrations. You will work closely with project teams, security architects, and operations groups to ensure secure, compliant, and highly available PAM services.
This position is ideal for a senior CyberArk engineer with strong hands‑on experience across PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, DR/HA, and integration with AD, LDAP, MFA, SAML, and Azure SSO.
Key Responsibilities CyberArk Operations & Maintenance
- Manage and maintain CyberArk PAS Core Components: PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP.
- Perform CyberArk version upgrades, patching, and rollback activities.
- Execute DR operations, including failover and failback procedures.
- Ensure high availability and operational stability of PAM services.
Privileged Account Onboarding
- Onboard Windows, Linux, Database, Application, and Service accounts.
- Administer Safes, platforms, policies, and access controls.
- Support onboarding for Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, Sybase, and other enterprise databases.
IAM & Security Integrations
- Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, SAML, Azure SSO.
- Customize connection components and plugins (added advantage).
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.
Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination
- Generate operational reports and compliance dashboards.
- Collaborate with project teams on PAM design, deployment, and enhancements.
- Provide L3 support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Must‑Have Skills
- 6–10 years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management.
- Strong hands‑on experience with PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP.
- Expertise in account onboarding and Safe administration.
- Experience with CyberArk upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of DR/HA configurations and failover strategies.
- IAM integration experience: AD, LDAP, MFA, SAML, Azure SSO.
- Database onboarding experience (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, Sybase).
- Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
Good‑to‑Have Skills
- Knowledge of CyberArk AAM and API automation.
- Experience customizing connection components and plugins.
- CyberArk Defender certification (Preferred).
- Graduate/Post‑Graduate degree in IT or Cybersecurity.
