User Research Intern

Responsibilities

1. Assist in all aspects of user research projects, including project design, user recruitment, project execution, data analysis and research reports;
2. Conduct continuous market information gathering through various channels about local retail business;
3. Share local lifestyle observations with the team: recommended dining/entertainment venues, Notable trends in local living/shopping behaviors to inspire team to offer good service to local customers;
4. Handle daily English-Arabic bilingual translation tasks.

Qualifications

1. Fluent in both English and Arabic (must be capable of using English as a working language);
2. Experience in user interviews/questionnaire design is preferred;
3. Background in Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, or related fields is a plus;
4. Sociable, lifestyle-driven, and strong research aptitude and natural curiosity.
