We're not just players; we're game-changers. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Squad Lead with 10+ years of experience to lead the F&O, CRM, and Billing systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a cross-functional squad, driving the delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise solutions, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Billing platforms. Key Responsibilities: •    Lead and manage the Commercial (F&O, CRM, and Billing) squad to ensure successful delivery of business and technology initiatives. •    Own the commercial roadmap and prioritize initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders. •    Ensure high-quality delivery of enhancements, implementations, and production support. •    Collaborate with business, architecture, infrastructure, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions. •    Provide technical and functional leadership to the squad while promoting Agile best practices. •    Manage squad capacity, work allocation, and performance to achieve delivery objectives. •    Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely resolution. •    Drive continuous improvement in processes, solution quality, and operational efficiency. •    Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and vendors. •    Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and quality standards. Qualifications: •    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. •    10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, CRM, and Billing solutions. •    Experience leading cross-functional Agile squads or delivery teams. •    Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and system integration. •    Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Skills: •    Leadership and team management. •    Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. •    Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. •    Billing systems and business processes. •    Agile delivery and Scrum practices. •    Stakeholder management. •    Backlog prioritization and roadmap planning. •    Problem-solving and decision-making. •    Vendor and third-party coordination. •    Excellent communication and collaboration skills. •    Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
