Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for driven, articulate Sales Executives to join our team and help grow our customer

base. This role is open to experienced sales professionals as well as freshers who are eager to

start a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through calls, field visits, networking, and referrals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products/services

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations

• Negotiate terms and close deals

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

• Track market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities

• Provide prompt after-sales support and resolve client queries

Required Qualifications

• Education: MBA in Sales and Marketing from any reputed university (mandatory)

• Experience: 1–2 years in sales/business development preferred; freshers are welcome to apply

• Language: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork/travel where required

• Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
