at the Kia Europe Design Center in Frankfurt/Main, Germany. Start your journey where Design meets People.

About Us:

Kia Europe Design is part of Kia Europe GmbH, consisting of talented business professionals, designers, and enablers. We are on a mission to push boundaries of automotive design and technology. We're a community of visionary thinkers, creatives, and passionate doers who thrive on pushing the boundaries of innovation.

If you revel in the art of envisioning the future and have a keen eye for aesthetics that resonate with the times to come, then you belong with us. We are dedicated to fostering an environment where you can unleash your imagination, experiment fearlessly, and craft innovative solutions that not only stand the test of time but set new standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Get hands-on insight into daily People Organization operations and contribute to enhancing the team member experience.
  • Take part in projects from day one - your ideas and support will make a difference.
  • Help shape internal communication and dive into the creation of our new intranet - any design skills more than welcome! If you thrive in creating content, newsletters, and presentations then you are right with us.
  • Contribute to building frameworks and processes that support engagement, growth, and culture across our design teams.

Your Talents:

  • You are currently enrolled in a university program (e.g. Business, Economics, Psychology, Communication Design or related field) and will remain enrolled for the full internship period.
  • You have excellent English communication skills - both spoken and written.
  • You’re proficient with Sharepoint and MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word); experience with Workday is a plus.
  • You enjoy working with international teams and value cultural diversity.
  • You’re passionate about storytelling and content creation that elevates the team member experience.

If you’re interested to become part of our Kia Design Team, please apply via our online portal. We are looking forward to getting to know you!

  • For your internship at Kia Europe Design you need to be enrolled during the entire internship period. Furthermore, you need a valid visa and work permit in Germany.
  • Please keep in mind that we will store the data for the next six months to comply with the GDPR laws.
