This is a part-time position requiring a commitment ofapproximately 2-3 days per week, with regular attendance in our Amsterdamoffice.

Your Role

As a Working Student, you will support the Dutch InvestmentAccounting & Investment Oversight team in the day-to-day delivery ofaccounting, reporting, and control activities for real estate investmentstructures.

You will work closely with accountants and controllers,gaining hands-on experience across financial reporting, reconciliations,invoice processing, and stakeholder management while developing a strongfoundation for a future career in finance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Reporting Support

Assist with the preparation of monthly,quarterly, and annual financial reporting deliverables

Support accountants and controllers inmaintaining accurate financial records

Take care of posting of invoices and accountingentries

Assist with reviewing financial informationreceived from property managers and external accounting providers

Assist with data collection and reportingrequests from internal and external stakeholders

Audit & Compliance Support

Assist with gathering information for auditors,tax advisors, and other external parties

Support the team in maintaining internalcontrols and reporting processes

Team & Project Support

Participate in team meetings and trainingsessions

Support ongoing process improvement initiatives

Assist with ad hoc projects and administrativetasks as required Your Profile

Essential

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a relatedfield

Strong interest in accounting, financialreporting, and finance

Good analytical and numerical skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong communication and organizational skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularlyExcel

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Available to work approximately 2-3 days perweek

Desirable

Previous internship, working student, oracademic experience in finance, accounting, or audit

Interest in real estate and investmentmanagement

Familiarity with accounting systems such asYardi, Dynamics, or similar platforms
