About the role:
FareHarbor is looking for a Revenue Management Senior Specialist to establish and scale our revenue management practice and help tour, activity, and attraction operators get more value from Dynamic Pricing. Reporting to the Principal Product Manager, you will connect customer goals and portfolio performance with FareHarbor's product, commercial, implementation, support, and data capabilities. You will begin by advising a small group of strategic or complex clients, then turn what works into repeatable strategies, processes, tools, and training that customer-facing teams can use independently. This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who can set direction, work across teams, and translate specialist expertise into measurable customer and business outcomes.
What you'll do here:
- Develop and improve FareHarbor's pricing and revenue management practice, including its operating model, governance, success measures, and practical standards.
- Analyze customer and portfolio performance, booking patterns, seasonality, distribution channels, and market conditions to identify opportunities to improve bookings, revenue, yield, and sustainable growth.
- Turn pricing data, external demand signals, and customer objectives into clear recommendations, then review results and refine the approach based on evidence.
- Design a repeatable Dynamic Pricing onboarding approach, including data validation, configuration, quality assurance, and activation standards that reduce time to value.
- Create playbooks, implementation guides, training, sales materials, FAQs, and customer examples that help commercial and customer-facing teams work with increasing independence.
- Define escalation paths and specialist-support criteria so routine implementations and questions are handled by the right teams while complex cases receive focused expertise.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Machine Learning to translate customer feedback, portfolio insights, channel constraints, and market intelligence into well-defined product opportunities and domain requirements.
- Advise selected strategic customers and high-value commercial opportunities, using these engagements to test new approaches and develop practices that can be applied across FareHarbor's customer portfolio.
Success will be measured throughDynamic Pricing adoption, customer revenue and yield outcomes, onboarding speed and quality, customer-facing team self-sufficiency, and the consistent use of portfolio and market insight in product planning.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, revenue improvement, management consulting, or a related strategic role.
- Applied knowledge of pricing strategy, demand forecasting, yield management, and revenue management principles.
- Experience working across Product, Commercial, Data, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to deliver shared outcomes.
- The analytical judgment to interpret complex performance data and make clear, practical recommendations.
- The ability to write and present with clarity, including for senior and executive audiences.
- Experience succeeding independently, building relationships, and influencing decisions without direct authority.
- Experience turning specialist knowledge into repeatable processes, tools, and training that other teams can use.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with dynamic or algorithmic pricing products, experimentation, forecasting models, or machine-learning applications in pricing.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, SQL, business intelligence tools, or SaaS implementations.
- Experience designing customer onboarding or supporting solution implementation.
- Knowledge of online travel agency distribution, channel management, marketplace pricing, or rate integrity.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or another industry that manages time-sensitive inventory and demand.
Benefits:
- Global leave benefit
- 22 weeks paid parental leave
- 2 weeks paid grandparent leave
- Extended care and bereavement leave
- Life insurance policy
- Pension Plan
- Central Amsterdam Location
- Discount CZ insurance
- Working in a multicultural environment - 45 different nationalities
- Commuting allowance for public transport & subsidized lunch
- Wellness benefits (Headspace subscription & wellness webinars)
