About the Roles

Join us as a Building Services Engineer (ACMV) and oversee building services operations at Midview City. This permanent position offers a structured 5-day work schedule (Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM) with a competitive basic salary plus variable bonus (VB). You will play a key role in managing ACMV maintenance activities, technical solutions, and service quality to support reliable building operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage ACMV maintenance, servicing, and repair activities to maintain system reliability and safety compliance.
• Review technicians’ service reports, validate findings, and determine appropriate follow-up actions.
• Prepare and assess quotations for maintenance works, repair services, replacement components, and improvement projects.
• Evaluate ACMV issues and recommend suitable repairs, enhancements, preventive maintenance measures, and cost-efficient solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, technicians, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of maintenance works.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including site checks and technical evaluations.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to company procedures, statutory requirements, and workplace safety regulations.
• Monitor service standards, handle customer enquiries, and maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Support ACMV project activities including execution, testing, commissioning, budgeting, cost management, and procurement processes.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in ACMV maintenance, facilities management, building services, or M&E engineering.
• Strong understanding of ACMV systems, preventive maintenance practices, troubleshooting, and servicing procedures.
• Ability to assess technical problems, prepare quotations or cost evaluations, and recommend corrective solutions.
• Familiarity with testing, commissioning, workplace safety requirements, and relevant building or facilities requirements.
• Good communication, coordination, reporting, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple maintenance activities and work independently when required.
