QC Agent (Return & Refund) (West Area)

NOW HIRING: QC AGENT

Boon Lay | 5 Days — 4 Weekdays + Saturday

8AM–5:30PM

$2,620 → $2,650 after 3-month probation

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Inspect returned products & check return eligibility
• Assess return reasons using strong logical judgement
• Accept or reject returns with clear justification
• Classify items as usable, unusable or other categories
• Update inspection results through system/data entry
• Follow QC guidelines & procedures

YOU SHOULD HAVE

• PC literate & basic IT skills
• Data entry + MS Office proficiency
• Good English reading & writing skills
• Strong attention to detail & logical thinking
