BIM Modeler - Architecture

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler with a strong background in developing accurate and coordinated building information models. The successful candidate will play a key role in project delivery, supporting design teams through all stages — from concept development to construction documentation and coordination.

This role requires a proactive and technically proficient individual with a solid understanding of BIM processes, capable of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high-quality model outputs. A forward-thinking mindset and commitment to continuous improvement in BIM standards and workflows are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models across various project stages, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design information into coordinated models.
• Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation directly from BIM models.
• Ensure model accuracy, data integrity, and adherence to BIM execution plans (BEP).
• Participate in clash detection processes and coordinate with project teams to resolve conflicts.
• Assist in the preparation and management of project deliverables, timelines, and submissions.
• Support the implementation and improvement of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure proper model integration and updates.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a BIM Modeler in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong proficiency in Revit (modeling, documentation, and family creation).
• Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination is preferred.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes.
• Good understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and problem-solving skills.
