We are looking for

Logistics Assistant (m/f/d)

at one of our locations in Germany - Rülzheim

Your tasks:

Order processing and shipping management in coordination with customers and shipping companies

Planning and management of material supply, taking delivery dates and inventory into account

Preparation of shipping documents, delivery notes, and customs documents

Maintenance of master data and timely posting in the ERP system

Support in the optimization of logistics processes

Requirements:

Completed commercial education, e.g. as an industrial clerk or freight forwarding clerk

Initial professional experience in logistics, ideally in the automotive industry

Knowledge of common logistics processes (EDI, delivery calls, JIT/JIS)

Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, and flexibility

Good German and English skills
