Your Tasks

Turn customer insights into meaningful marketing decisions.

Data is at the heart of exceptional customer experiences. Join our Smart Marketing team and help shape data-driven marketing across products such as Mail, Cloud, and Webhosting. Working closely with colleagues from Marketing, CRM, Product Management, and Analytics, you will transform customer insights into impactful initiatives and contribute to improving customer engagement, retention, and marketing effectiveness.

• You analyze campaign and customer data (e.g., using SQL, Tableau, or similar tools), derive actionable insights, and help continuously improve marketing performance.
• You translate business requirements into scalable solutions within our customer profile, CRM, and personalization landscape, enabling effective audience targeting, personalization, and campaign execution.
• You work with business stakeholders to assess and shape data-driven marketing use cases (e.g., lifecycle campaigns, cross-channel retention, and personalization), balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• You collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, CRM, and Product Management on segmentation strategies, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
• You support the annual planning and monthly forecasting processes for our division, working together with Controlling and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on priorities and targets.

Whether through your studies, internships, working student positions, or first professional experience, you have gained exposure to data, analytics, CRM, or marketing topics and are excited to further develop your skills in a collaborative and business-oriented environment.

• You have gained initial experience in data-driven marketing, CRM, analytics, or related projects through internships, university projects, working student positions, or professional roles.
• You are comfortable working with data and tools such as SQL, Tableau, BI tools, Python, or similar technologies and are interested in understanding how data flows across systems.
• You can structure and communicate ideas, requirements, and analytical findings in a clear and understandable way.
• You enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders and working across business, marketing, and technical teams.
• You bring a proactive mindset, strong analytical thinking, and a genuine interest in turning data and insights into meaningful recommendations and improvements.
