Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor manpower, materials and equipment required for daily site activities.
• Prepare daily progress reports and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure required works are ready for consultant/client inspection.
• Ensure proper execution of concrete, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling and other civil works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report any defects or non-conformities.
• Assist in quantity measurements, material take-offs and basic BOQ-related activities.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of UAE construction experience.
• Experience in building, villa, commercial or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving and site management skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
