MEP Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled MEP Supervisor to supervise and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance activities at project sites.

The candidate will be responsible for managing technicians and subcontractors, ensuring quality and timely completion of works, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating daily site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily MEP installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities.
• Manage and allocate work to technicians, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and helpers.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify technical issues or maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure all MEP works comply with company quality standards and UAE HSE requirements.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Check the proper installation and operation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Prepare daily work reports, maintenance reports, and site progress updates.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities.
• Identify and resolve site problems efficiently to avoid delays and rework.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at all times.
• Drive company vehicles to project sites when required and transport staff, tools, or materials.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, Foreman, or similar position.
• Strong practical knowledge of MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance systems.
• Experience managing technicians and site teams.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and technical documents.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team leadership skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for reports and documentation.
• Valid UAE Manual Driving License is mandatory.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,800.00 per month

License/Certification:

• UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Required)

Work Location: In person
