Clinic Assistant - WCAN

Responsibilities for Clinic Assistant:

• Perform front-desk duties including patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and handling phone and email enquiries.
• Greet patients and ensure a smooth and efficient registration process.
• Assist doctors during consultations and medical procedures to support quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is updated and kept confidential.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and specialists to facilitate seamless patient care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment in compliance with hygiene standards.
• Provide patients with basic medical information and guidance as appropriate.

Qualifications for Clinic Assistant:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Basic computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
