ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the day-to-day operations of HR and administrative functions.
• Manage office supplies, meeting arrangements, correspondence, and general office requirements.
• Handle correspondence, filing, document preparation, data entry, and record keeping.
• Organise and coordinate company events, training sessions, and employee activities.
• Prepare administrative reports and other relevant supporting documents.
• Maintain attendance records, timesheets, overtime sheets, leave reports, training records, and other employee information.
• Support recruitment activities, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Provide administrative support for work-pass related matters and documentation.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Nitec/ Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent qualifications.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Responsible, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
