Position: BIM Manager (Civil & Structural)

Working Week: 5 Days, Monday - Friday

Salary: SGD 9,000 to SGD 12,000 (Highly Negotiable)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage BIM delivery across large-scale building construction projects.
• Oversee the development and coordination of BIM models across Civil & Structural, Architectural and M&E disciplines.
• Lead BIM coordination with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to resolve clashes and design issues.
• Manage BIM standards, model quality and timely delivery of project BIM requirements.
• Review BIM models, coordination drawings, shop drawings and as-built documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to BIM Coordinators, BIM Modellers and project teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Strong BIM experience within the building construction industry.
• Experience as a BIM Manager, BIM Lead, Assistant BIM Manager or similar senior BIM position.
• Strong Civil & Structural BIM coordination experience, with Architectural and M&E coordination exposure advantageous.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and relevant BIM platforms.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
