About the location:

About the role

As Executive Administrative Assistant & Guest Ambassador at The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel, you will provide seamless executive support to senior leadership while creating exceptional first impressions and personalised arrival experiences for guests.

This dual role ensures smooth operations, effective communication, and memorable guest experiences aligned with Four Seasons standards. The start date for this position is January 2027.

What you will do

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and Executive Committee.

Manage executive calendars, correspondence, travel arrangements, and confidential documentation.

Welcome guests and coordinate arrival and departure experiences with warmth and professionalism.

Coordinate executive briefings, presentations, and departmental communications.

Handle guest correspondence, special requests, and follow-up communications.

Support the planning and coordination of executive functions, dinners, and ownership meetings.

Maintain organised filing systems and ensure data privacy compliance.

Liaise between executives, guests, and departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

What you bring

Minimum 3 years of executive administrative experience within luxury hospitality.

Proven success supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent English and German required; additional languages are advantageous.

Familiarity with luxury hospitality service standards.

In accordance with Swiss employment regulations, only candidates holding Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship, or a valid Swiss work authorization, can be considered for this position.

Schedule & Hours:

Full-time position with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays per seasonality.

Seasonal operation with primary opening periods from June to September and December to March.
