About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Architectural Draftsman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects, with the ability to translate design concepts into accurate, buildable technical drawings. You will collaborate closely with our Technical Architects and project teams on high-end commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural, interior, and joinery shop drawings in line with project design intent.
• Develop and refine construction and joinery details in coordination with Technical Architects.
• Collaborate with design, joinery, site, and procurement teams to ensure drawing accuracy and constructability.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from design, technical, and site teams.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to project timelines, standards, and quality requirements.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and documentation for all joinery components.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural drafting within interior design, fit-out, or joinery sectors.
• Strong knowledge of joinery detailing, materials, finishes, and fabrication methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; knowledge of Revit or other 3D software is an advantage.
• Excellent understanding of design intent, construction detailing, and site coordination.
• Based in the UAE and available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
