About the Role:

Medworks Medical Equipment LLC is looking for a highly driven and clinically oriented Sales & Clinical Application Specialist – ENT Division Al Ain region. The role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare sales, eager to learn, and ready to build strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and procurement teams. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to government and private healthcare sectors, including experience handling accounts such as:

* SEHA

* Department of Health – Abu Dhabi

* Government Hospitals

* Major private hospital groups and ENT centers

This role requires a combination of sales leadership, surgical product expertise, clinical support capability, and relationship management within the ENT.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive & Lead the sales growth for ENT Business.

* Manage and expand relationships with key government and private hospital accounts

* Provide clinical and technical support during surgeries, demos, evaluations, and physician trainings.

*Work closely with surgeons, ENT specialists and procurement teams and act as the primary point of contact for surgeons, nurses, and staff on product usage and troubleshooting.

* Identify new business opportunities and lead product conversions from competitors

* Coordinate product presentations, workshops, and clinical education activities

* Support tender business, vendor registration, and regulatory/commercial processes

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets aligned with company objectives

* Maintain strong market intelligence and competitor analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biomedical, Nursing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in medical device/healthcare sales (fresh graduates with strong drive will also be considered).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passionate about healthcare and eager to build a career in medical sales.
• Willingness to learn and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
• Based in Al Ain  (or willing to relocate).
• Arabic Speakers preferred.
