BIM ID Modeler – Interior Design

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced BIM ID Modeler – Interior Design to develop, coordinate, and maintain accurate BIM models for interior design and fit-out projects. The candidate will work closely with Interior Designers, Architects, Structural, MEP, Consultants, Contractors, and Project teams to ensure accurate modeling, effective coordination, and high-quality BIM deliverables.

The ideal candidate should have strong Revit and BIM experience, with practical knowledge of interior design modeling, detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination, preferably with experience in GCC projects.

Requirements

• Experience: 03–05 years in BIM/Revit
• Strong proficiency in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD & Navisworks
• Strong knowledge of Interior Design BIM Modeling and Detailing
• Experience in Interior Design / Fit-Out projects
• GCC project experience is mandatory
• Experience coordinating with Consultants, Contractors, Architects, Structural & MEP teams
• Practical experience with LOD 100–500
• Good understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and project requirements
• Strong knowledge of architectural/interior finishes, materials, and detailing
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Immediate joiners are preferred
• Only candidates with relevant BIM ID / Interior Design experience will be considered

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate Interior Design BIM models using Revit
• Create detailed models for interior layouts, ceilings, flooring, walls, furniture, joinery, finishes, and other ID elements
• Prepare and update BIM drawings, details, schedules, and documentation
• Coordinate ID models with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines
• Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks
• Review and incorporate design changes and consultant comments
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, LOD requirements, and client specifications
• Coordinate with Interior Designers, Consultants, Contractors, and project teams
• Maintain accurate BIM data and model information
• Support coordination meetings and resolve modeling and coordination issues
• Assist during design development, shop drawing, coordination, and submission stages
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate and high-quality BIM outputs
