Planning Engineer (Substations)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules and work programs using planning software (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
• Prepare baseline schedules, recovery plans, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to track project milestones.
• Analyze project delays and recommend corrective actions and mitigation plans.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Track project resources, productivity, and performance indicators.
• Assist in tender planning, resource planning, and manpower forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements.

Key Skills:

• Experience substation projects in UAE is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with MOHESR Equivalency.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
