Bloom Holding is a development company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The company was established in 2008 as a subsidiary of National Holding and engaged in real estate, education, services, and hospitality. The entities that are being operated under the umbrella of Bloom Holding include Bloom Properties, Bloom Education, Bloom Hospitality, Bloom Facilities Management (bfm), and Bloom Landscape.

Job Role: M365 Engineer (Onsite)

Work Location: Abu Dhabi

About the Role

The M365 Engineer will be a key member of the Bloom Holding IT department and provide advanced-level support, troubleshooting, and administration of Microsoft 365 environment. The role requires the candidate to handle complex technical issues, design and implement solutions for optimal performance, and lead escalations from the lower tiers of support. The role involves deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, Auto Pilot, Microsoft Purview, Power Platform along with a focus on compliance and automation. This is onsite role. Candidate should have a minimum of 7 Years of relevant experience. Should be able to work both as part of a team and under own initiative. Should carry a positive attitude towards business problems

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Bloom Microsoft 365 tenant.
  • Manage the day-to-day administration, monitoring, and support of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Intune, Defender, and Entra Identity.
  • Manage user & computer identities, roles, and permissions using Azure Active Directory & On-premises Active Directory.
  • Manage and administer Identity, SSO, MFA & PIM.
  • Provide support and resolve end user email issues, access issues and other issues related to Office365 services
  • Administer Microsoft Teams, ensuring proper configuration, collaboration tools, and compliance.
  • Ongoing administration of security features across Microsoft 365, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and other advanced security features.
  • Administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft Intune for managing devices (Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS) and applications.
  • Configuration and enforcement of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) policies using Intune.
  • Manage device enrollment processes, including automated provisioning, configuration profiles, and compliance policies.
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 security features (Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Classification, Information Rights Management (IRM), etc.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations using Microsoft 365 Compliance tools.
  • Maintain the secure score of the entire tenant within the acceptance range.
  • Automate daily and repetitive tasks with PowerShell scripts.
  • Maintain awareness of updates, patches, and new features; plan and execute monthly patches, upgrades or changes to ensure optimal performance.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the configuration and performance of the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Execute and support M365 migrations and tenant consolidation projects.
  • Evaluate and implement new Microsoft 365 capabilities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Educational Requirements / Other Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any computer stream (3-4 Yrs)

• Microsoft Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102) Experience required

• Minimum 8 Years of relevant experience.
