​Job description:

​Job Responsibilities & Requirements – Senior Civil Site Engineer (5+ Years’ Experience – Structural Construction & Infrastructure , Fit-Out)

​Job Responsibilities:

​Oversee complete civil engineering lifecycle for fit-out, commercial construction, and infrastructure projects from planning through final handover.

​Prepare comprehensive quantity take-offs, BOQs, detailed cost estimation, and commercial proposals for structural, architectural, and civil works.

​Review structural drawings, architectural layouts, and technical specifications to ensure constructability, quality compliance, and cost efficiency.

​Coordinate and manage site execution teams, subcontractors, and material suppliers to maintain project schedules, safety standards, and budgets.

​Lead value engineering initiatives to optimize structural and architectural solutions while strictly meeting client parameters.

​Manage statutory approvals, inspections, and ensure total compliance with local UAE authority regulations (ADM, DDA, DM, Civil Defence, Musanada, etc.).

​Review variations, monthly progress valuations, subcontractor payment applications, and cost-to-complete forecasts.

​Conduct regular site inspections, enforce QA/QC protocols, and resolve technical on-site challenges efficiently.

​Requirements:

​Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Equivalency certificate preferred).

​Minimum 5 years of hands-on UAE experience in civil engineering, project execution, and estimation for fit-out and construction developments.

​Strong expertise in concrete structures, masonry, steel works, interior fit-outs, finishes, and basic MEP integration.

​Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Estimation/Take-off Software, and MS Excel.

​In-depth understanding of UAE building codes, local authority approval processes, and FIDIC contract conditions.

​Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and client-facing communication skills.

​Must possess a valid UAE driving license.

​Salary: Negotiable based on relevant GCC experience and track record.
