Consultant / Specialist Robotic Urologist – Dubai

About The Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant or Specialist Robotic Urologist to join a leading healthcare provider in Dubai. This opportunity is open exclusively to candidates with Western qualifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced urological care, with a strong focus on robotic and minimally invasive surgical techniques. The ideal candidate should have extensive clinical experience, strong surgical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of urological conditions.
• Perform robotic-assisted and minimally invasive urological procedures.
• Manage complex urological oncology, reconstructive, and benign urological cases.
• Provide comprehensive outpatient, inpatient, and surgical care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to clinical governance, education, and continuous professional development.

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
• Western Board Certification/CCT/Fellowship (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or Western Europe).
• Fellowship or advanced training in Robotic Urology.
• Eligible for DHA Consultant or Specialist licensure.
• Candidates must not have previous GCC work experience.
• Strong expertise in robotic-assisted and laparoscopic urological surgery.
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
