The Opportunity

As an MEP Engineer , you will oversee the coordination, installation and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems throughout the project lifecycle.

Working closely with Project Managers, Design Consultants, Site Engineers and specialist subcontractors, you will ensure that every building system is delivered according to the highest international engineering standards.

Your contribution will be essential to guaranteeing functionality, efficiency and long-term performance across complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works on site.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications and shop drawings.
• Monitor installation activities to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and specialist subcontractors.
• Supervise testing, commissioning and final system handover.
• Resolve technical issues during construction and installation phases.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international engineering standards.
• Collaborate with QA/QC and HSE teams to maintain quality and safety.
• Monitor project schedules related to MEP activities.
• Support procurement by reviewing technical submittals and material approvals.
• Attend coordination meetings with consultants, clients and project stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for engineers who combine strong technical knowledge with outstanding coordination and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing MEP works on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical Distribution, Fire Protection and Plumbing Systems.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination processes is considered a strong advantage.
• Experience working with international construction standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Availability to relocate to Dubai.

Professionals with previous GCC experience are encouraged to apply but this is not a mandatory requirement.
