A leading international Construction & Engineering Group is expanding its operations across the United Arab Emirates and is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the execution of some of Dubai’s most ambitious building and infrastructure projects.

The Opportunity

As Construction Manager , you will be responsible for the overall execution of construction activities on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and according to schedule.

You will coordinate Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors and specialist contractors while maintaining the highest standards of quality and operational excellence.

This is a strategic leadership role for professionals passionate about construction, teamwork and complex international projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all daily construction activities across multiple work areas.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved schedules and budgets.
• Supervise civil, structural, architectural and MEP works.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks before they impact delivery.
• Review construction methodologies and optimize site productivity.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering drawings and international standards.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Support procurement and logistics activities to guarantee uninterrupted project execution.
• Promote a strong Health, Safety & Environment culture across the entire workforce.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking experienced construction professionals capable of managing complex building projects in fast-paced international environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale construction projects.
• At least 5 years of experience as Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager .
• Proven experience managing high-value commercial, residential or hospitality developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project sequencing.
• Experience managing multicultural project teams.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Availability to relocate to Dubai.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: AED 30,000 – AED 42,000

Approximately EUR 7,500 – 10,500 per month (tax free) depending on experience and project background.
