The objective is simple: Help investors make better property decisions, faster.

For brokers, the proposition is equally simple: Lower customer acquisition cost and access to investors who have already demonstrated genuine interest in a property.

Why this could become much bigger than a property portal: We are not trying to build another Property Finder or Bayut. Our ambition is to build the decision layer between property discovery and investment action.

We are opening the opportunity to a limited number of strategic investors.

**Minimum investment:

US$50,000** Investment will be structured through CCPS, subject to definitive documentation and applicable UAE legal/regulatory requirements. Larger strategic commitments are welcome.

The objective is to build a strong founding investor group rather than a large number of passive shareholders.

Why join at this stage? Because we are intentionally early. We are not presenting a company that has already reached scale. We are building the product, validating the valuation methodology, onboarding the initial broker network and testing investor demand.

That means the risk is real. But so is the potential upside. We are looking for people who understand that venture businesses do not grow linearly. There will be experiments that fail. There will be iterations. There will be periods of slow adoption.There may also be moments where product-market fit creates acceleration much faster than expected. - People expecting immediate liquidity

- Investors who want to dictate the product without contributing operational value

We want builders, operators and investors who understand asymmetric opportunities.

What we are building over the next 12–24 months: Phase 1: Scale and launch the investment intelligence MVP.

Phase 2: Onboard the first broker network and investor community.

Phase 3: Validate the valuation and investment-scoring model against real market data.

Phase 4: Establish investor subscription and broker acquisition economics.

Phase 5: Expand into developer advertising and investment intelligence.

Phase 6: Scale across the UAE and eventually other major real-estate investment markets.
