Location – Satigny, Geneva, Switzerland
Join our dynamic Global Consumer Brands Fabric Care team as a Senior Fragrance Development Manager and play a pivotal role in creating winning fragrance solutions for consumers around the world.
In this strategic role, you will drive fragrance innovation by translating consumer insights, market opportunities, and brand ambitions into successful fragrance strategies and product solutions. You will lead high-impact development projects, partner closely with perfumers and cross-functional teams and help shape fragrance experiences that strengthen brands, delight consumers and drive business growth.
As a trusted strategic partner to customers and internal stakeholders, you will influence key decisions, identify future opportunities and contribute to long-term category success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fragrance development for complex Fabric Care projects from brief to successful commercialization, ensuring alignment with consumer, customer and brand needs.
- Win new business and grow existing partnerships by delivering differentiated, commercially successful fragrance solutions and strong olfactive strategies.
- Partner closely with perfumers to guide fragrance creation using consumer insights, market trends and innovation opportunities.
- Act as a trusted partner to commercial teams and customers, co-developing strategies, building relationships and delivering impactful presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Perfumery, Technical Development, Marketing, Consumer Insights and Commercial teams to deliver integrated fragrance solutions.
- Translate consumer insights, testing results and market data into compelling fragrance strategies with clear business rationale.
- Identify emerging trends, unmet consumer needs and innovation opportunities that can shape future category growth.
- Leverage fragrance evaluation methodologies, consumer research and internal tools to support informed decision-making.
- Lead regional and global projects, ensuring strong alignment, effective execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to best-practice sharing and foster collaboration across global fragrance development communities.

You Bring:
- University degree in a relevant scientific discipline; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of fragrance development experience, with strong expertise in Fabric Care, ideally on the global account.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering successful fragrance launches.
- Strong olfactive expertise and deep understanding of consumer preferences, fragrance trends and market dynamics.
- Ability to translate consumer insights and technical data into winning fragrance strategies.
- Experience leveraging innovation platforms and technologies to develop differentiated fragrance solutions.
- Experience partnering with and guiding perfumers throughout the creative process.
- Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of business drivers, profitability and growth strategies.
- Strategic and forward-thinking mindset with a passion for innovation.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across complex, global organizations.
- Strong communication, presentation and customer engagement capabilities.
