Portfolio Performance & Value Creation Officer

Location: Geneva, Switzerland

Travel: Approximately 50% in Dubai, UAE

A privately owned international investment group is seeking a Portfolio Performance & Value Creation Officer to work across its diversified portfolio of businesses.

This is a hands-on and pragmatic role combining portfolio performance, investment analysis, governance and operational value creation.

You will work closely with portfolio company management teams to understand and challenge performance, assess investment opportunities, strengthen governance and support the execution of practical improvement initiatives.

Profile

We are looking for approximately 7–12 years of relevant experience , ideally gained within:

Private Equity / Portfolio Operations / Value Creation

Investment groups, family offices or diversified holdings

Strategy consulting with strong PE or operational performance exposure

Corporate finance / transactions combined with meaningful operational experience

Portfolio performance or investment roles within international businesses

Strong fundamentals are essential. You should be comfortable with company valuation, financial analysis, investment assessment, business performance and corporate governance , and able to move easily between analysis and operational realities.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are hands-on, pragmatic, commercially minded and versatile — able to understand the numbers, challenge assumptions and work effectively with CEOs and CFOs.

Exposure to commodities, international trade, logistics, trade finance or industrial businesses would be particularly valuable.
