Senior Investment Analyst in Private Wealth Management

We are a small, well-established growing wealth management company located at Rue du Rhône in Geneva, looking for an investment advisor/ analyst with an all-rounder mindset to join our friendly team.

What You Will Do

• Oversee and execute day-to-day administrative operations, including liaising with service providers, ensuring seamless technology operations (10%–20% of your time).
• Analyze financial markets and provide actionable stock recommendations, including buy/sell strategies (80%–90% of your time).
• Independently identify, develop and present investment ideas across asset classes, with a primary focus on equities and fixed income.
• Contribute to the asset allocation process by providing relevant investment analysis, data and recommendations.
• Manage client investment portfolios to ensure alignment with the prevailing asset allocation and stock-selection strategy.
• Implement trades and oversee effective cash management across portfolios.
• Undertake regular risk assessments and performance analyses.
• Participate in regular asset allocation and stock-selection meetings, contributing constructively to investment discussions and robust debate.
• Engage with custody banks to ensure the effective administration of transactions and portfolio accounts.

What We Are Looking For

• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in asset management analysis, portfolio management or a related field.
• A strong background in fundamental research across a broad range of sectors and asset classes.
• A sound understanding of technical analysis.
• A proactive, resourceful individual with the ability to juggle diverse tasks and thrive in a small, hands-on environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop, present and defend an investment idea in a group setting.
• CFA charterholder (an advantage).
