About the location:
About the role
As Sales Manager at The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel, you will drive commercial success through the acquisition, development, and retention of key corporate, leisure, group, and luxury travel accounts.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will play a pivotal role in growing market share, strengthening client relationships, and positioning The Park Gstaad as one of the leading luxury alpine destinations in the world. Acting as a brand ambassador for both Four Seasons and The Park Gstaad, you will help generate new business opportunities while building long-term partnerships across key source markets.
With a planned start date in January 2027, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of the opening journey of a Four Seasons hotel and contribute to its commercial success from the very beginning.
What you will do
Develop and manage key corporate, leisure, group, and luxury travel accounts.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities that drive revenue growth and market share.
Build strong relationships with travel advisors, luxury travel networks, corporate clients, and industry partners.
Represent the hotel through sales calls, presentations, trade shows, networking events, and market visits.
Generate revenue through proactive sales activities, account management, and relationship building.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning activities.
Maintain accurate account information, sales activities, and business opportunities within company systems.
Support pre-opening, opening, and seasonal commercial initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to achieve commercial objectives.
What you bring
Minimum 3 years of sales experience within luxury hospitality, luxury travel, tourism, or a comparable luxury service environment.
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate business opportunities.
Strong networking, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Commercial mindset with an understanding of revenue performance and market dynamics.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Fluency in English and German and/or French required. Additional languages are advantageous.
Knowledge of luxury travel networks and the Swiss luxury hospitality market is highly desirable.
In accordance with Swiss employment regulations, only candidates holding Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship, or a valid Swiss work authorization, can be considered for this position.
