Fit-out Design Coordinator

Role Overview Support the Design Manager in coordinating all project activities across design development, procurement, factory production, site execution, and stakeholder communication to ensure seamless project delivery within quality, cost, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Technical Support: Review joinery/fit-out production drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation before production clearance.
• Factory & Site Coordination: Act as the main technical bridge between the design team, factory production, site execution teams, and subcontractors.
• Procurement & Materials: Coordinate material approvals, specs, and vendor sourcing with the procurement team to meet project timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, project managers, and internal factory teams.
• Quality & Timeline Control: Ensure design deliverables align with project budgets, safety standards, and quality specifications.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years as a Design Coordinator, Draftsman, or Technical Coordinator in a Fit-Out / Joinery Factory environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (3D Max/Revit is a plus); deep understanding of joinery details, fit-out materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Core Competencies: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
