As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a talented Interior Designer who combines strong design fundamentals with modern AI-assisted workflows to improve design quality, speed, and client presentations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Interior Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience to support our senior design team across all project stages.

The ideal candidate should possess strong design capabilities, excellent visualization skills, and practical experience using AI-powered design tools to streamline concept development, image enhancement, mood board creation, and design presentations.

This role is ideal for someone who embraces technology while maintaining a solid understanding of interior design principles and technical detailing.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development

• Assist in developing creative concepts for luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. 

• Prepare mood boards, concept presentations, and material palettes. 

• Produce furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and interior elevations. 

• Develop presentation-quality design packages. 

AI-Assisted Design Workflow

Utilize AI tools to improve design efficiency, including:

• AI-assisted concept generation. 

• Photorealistic rendering enhancement. 

• Mood board and material visualization. 

• Image editing and presentation refinement. 

• Design ideation and rapid option generation. 

• Workflow automation for repetitive design tasks. 

Applicants should demonstrate familiarity with modern AI design platforms.

Space Planning

• Prepare functional layouts and furniture arrangements. 

• Assist in optimizing circulation and spatial organization. 

• Ensure designs meet both functional and aesthetic requirements. 

Material & FF&E Selection

• Research and select finishes, furniture, lighting, sanitary ware, fabrics, and accessories. 

• Coordinate with suppliers for samples and quotations. 

• Prepare material boards and specifications. 

Technical Documentation

• Prepare detailed interior drawings using AutoCAD. 

• Coordinate design documentation with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors. 

• Assist in reviewing shop drawings and material submissions. 

Site Coordination

• Attend site visits with senior designers. 

• Assist in resolving design-related site issues. 

• Verify execution against approved drawings and design intent. 

Presentation & Communication

• Prepare professional client presentations. 

• Communicate design ideas clearly through visuals and presentations. 

• Participate in client meetings when required. 

Required Skills

• Strong design creativity and attention to detail. 

• Excellent space planning skills. 

• Good understanding of luxury residential interiors. 

• Knowledge of hospitality and café projects is an advantage. 

• Good understanding of: 

o Interior materials 

o Lighting 

o Furniture 

o Joinery 

o Decorative finishes 

• Strong organizational and communication skills. 

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies. 

AI Skills (Highly Preferred)

Candidates should have working knowledge of one or more AI design platforms, such as:

• ChatGPT 

• Claude AI 

• Midjourney 

• GPT Image 

• Stable Diffusion 

• Adobe Firefly 

• Runway ML 

• Visual Electric 

• ComfyUI 

• Other AI visualization and rendering tools 

Experience integrating AI into daily design workflows will be considered a significant advantage.

Software Requirements

Applicants should have proficiency in:

• AutoCAD 

• SketchUp 

• V-Ray 

• Lumion 

• Adobe Photoshop 

• Adobe InDesign 

• Microsoft Office Experience with Enscape, D5 Render, Revit, or 3ds Max is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field. 

• Minimum 3–4 years of professional interior design experience. 

• Strong portfolio demonstrating residential or hospitality projects. 

• Experience preparing technical drawings and presentation packages. 

• Experience with AI-assisted design workflows is highly preferred. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates currently based in the UAE. 

• Arabic speaking is an added advantage. 

• UAE Driving License is a plus. 

• Immediate joining preferred.
