Business Development & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development & Marketing Executive to support the company’s business growth, new outlet expansion, leasing activities, sales development, and marketing operations.

The role will be responsible for identifying new business and expansion opportunities while planning, coordinating, and executing day-to-day marketing activities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and restaurant sales.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & New Outlet Expansion

• Identify potential locations and opportunities for new restaurant outlets.
• Research and follow up on leasing opportunities with landlords, malls, property agents, and developers.
• Arrange property visits and coordinate initial discussions with landlords and agents.
• Support management in lease negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Prepare location analysis, market research, competitor analysis, and business opportunity reports.
• Maintain a database of potential locations, landlords, agents, and business contacts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property agents, business partners, and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, corporate clients, and sales channels.
• Represent the company professionally during business meetings, site visits, and external discussions.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify opportunities to increase sales and develop new business channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
• Coordinate corporate sales, partnerships, promotions, and other revenue-generating activities.
• Follow up with potential business partners and corporate clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide relevant feedback to management.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily marketing activities for the restaurant outlets.
• Manage social media posts and promotional content.
• Coordinate restaurant promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage marketing activities for new outlet openings.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, marketing agencies, and other service providers when required.
• Prepare and arrange posters, flyers, banners, and other promotional materials.
• Conduct basic local marketing activities to increase customer awareness and sales.
• Monitor competitor promotions and market activities.
• Maintain a marketing calendar and records of campaigns.
• Monitor marketing activities and report results to management.

General Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally during meetings, site visits, and business discussions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement, and other departments when required.
• Maintain proper records of business development, sales, and marketing activities.
• Ensure timely follow-up on business leads, leasing enquiries, and marketing activities.
• Perform other duties related to business development, expansion, sales, and marketing as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, hospitality, retail, or a related field.
• Experience in restaurant/F&B, retail, property leasing, or mall operations is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing/social media platforms.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Ability to travel for property visits, meetings, and business development activities.
