Job Title: Design Manager – Interior Fit-Out

Summary:

White Monde Interior Designs & Fit-Outs is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Design Manager to lead the creative and technical delivery of interior fit-out projects. The role will oversee the complete design lifecycle—from concept development through execution—ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and timely design solutions across commercial, retail, F&B, and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership Lead and oversee the complete interior design process from concept to execution, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.

• Provide creative direction, design reviews, technical guidance, and approvals throughout all project stages.
• Ensure seamless integration of materials, finishes, lighting, layouts, and detailing in line with the overall design vision. Team Management Lead, mentor, and motivate the design team to achieve project objectives and maintain high design standards.
• Allocate resources, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely completion of design packages.
• Foster collaboration between designers, project managers, consultants, and site teams.

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Dubai.
2. Strong Authority approval knowledge ( DCD,DDA,CONCORDIA,DEWA etc.)
3. Immediate joiner preferred.
