We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Fit-out Sales Executive to join our team. This isn't just a "sales" role—we need a closer who understands the technical side of Dubai’s fit-out landscape, from the first "hello" to the final handover.

The Role & Responsibilities

Project Engineer :

Knowledge of office, retail, and commercial fit-out projects.

Knowledge of Working procedures inside Malls inclduing Permits application, documentation for soft mobilisation to site

Knowledge of through documentation to understand and prepare Project wise Method statement, Risk assesment, Project planning (MS Project), Weekly reports, Monthly reports & to prepare weekly/Montly progress report

Project Handling: Manage the end-to-end client journey, ensuring smooth handovers between the client and our site teams.

Technical Coordination: Liaise with contractors, sub-contractors, and designers to ensure project feasibility.

Quotations: Prepare/Understanding detailed, competitive cost estimates and commercial Negociations with sub cons.

Authority Liaison: Guide clients through the complex approval processes (DM, DCD, DDA, Concordia, etc.).

What We Are Looking For

Local Expertise: Proven experience in the UAE Fit-out market. You should know the difference between a DDA and a DM submission by heart.

Documentation Savvy: Ability to handle and explain the requirements for:

Dubai Municipality (DM)

Dubai Civil Defence (DCD)

Dubai Development Authority (DDA)

Concordia / Nakheel / Trakhees

Prepare MSRA, prepration of program via MS Project is a Must

Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Communication: sharp Knowledge in English and Ability to build immediate rapport with corporate clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
