Site Supervisor – (Interior Fit-Out)

We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our interior fit-out team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out works, including both civil and electrical works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating workers and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for interior fit-out, civil, and electrical works.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Supervise and manage subcontractors and workers to ensure proper and timely execution of works.
• Monitor site progress and ensure projects are completed within the required timeline.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, MEP, and other site activities to avoid clashes and delays.
• Read and understand construction, architectural, and electrical drawings.
• Ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings and applicable DEWA requirements and standards.
• Check the quality of workmanship and ensure proper installation and finishing.
• Monitor site materials, tools, deliveries, and stock requirements.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, attendance records, timesheets, material usage, and progress updates.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly and coordinate with management when required.
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Ensure all workers and subcontractors follow site safety procedures and regulations.
• Report project progress, technical issues, material requirements, and site challenges to the management team.
• Support the project team in achieving timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project completion.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out/site supervision.
• Strong practical knowledge of civil, interior fit-out, and electrical works.
• Experience in supervising subcontractors and site workers.
• Good knowledge of UAE construction practices, materials, and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with DEWA requirements and electrical standards.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, civil, and electrical drawings.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
