Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative SketchUp Designer with strong experience in 2D/3D floor layouts and space planning. In this role, you will transform conceptual ideas, architectural sketches, and client requirements into precise, functional, and visually compelling floor plans and 3D models.

Key Responsibilities

• Space Planning: Develop efficient, aesthetically pleasing, and code-compliant floor layouts for residential, commercial, or retail projects.
• 3D Modeling: Create accurate and detailed 3D models using SketchUp based on architectural drawings, blueprints, or concept sketches.
• Visualization: Produce high-quality renderings, walkthroughs, and presentation materials to help clients and stakeholders visualize the space.
• Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers, project managers, and clients to refine layouts and incorporate feedback.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed dimensioned floor plans, elevations, and material schedules for construction and fabrication teams.
• Asset Management: Maintain and organize a robust library of 3D models, textures, and furniture components.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field, with a heavy emphasis on SketchUp modeling and floor planning.
• Software Proficiency:
• Expert-level proficiency in SketchUp (including LayOut).
• Strong working knowledge of rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar 2D drafting software is a strong plus.
• Skills:
• Exceptional eye for proportion, scale, ergonomics, and spatial flow.
• Strong understanding of architectural standards, construction documents, and building materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing prior floor layouts, 3D modeling, and interior/architectural visualization work must be submitted with your application.

Pay: AED2,105.68 - AED5,305.04 per month
