Job description
Would you like to take on responsibility, grow together, and actively help shape the future of our logistics operations? As a Team Lead Logistics (m/f/x) at our Dreieich site, you will not only manage operational warehouse processes but also play a key role in supporting logistics activities for our data center locations. With clarity, accountability, and a strong team spirit, you will lead your team through a dynamic work environment and achieve outstanding results together. Are you on it?
Operational Management & Responsibility: You coordinate daily warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, and internal material flows) and support the management of logistics activities for our data center locations.
Leadership & Team Development: Through clear communication, regular feedback, and targeted development initiatives, you strengthen ownership, engagement, and collaboration within your team.
Stakeholder Management: As the central point of contact within the warehouse, you work closely with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
Performance & Process Improvement: You analyze relevant KPIs, identify optimization opportunities, and drive the implementation of continuous improvement measures.
Quality, Safety & Standards: You ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards while also leading by example through hands-on operational involvement.
Qualifications: You hold a degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you have completed vocational training combined with relevant professional experience.
Experience & Leadership: You have several years of experience in an operational logistics environment as well as multiple years leadership experience.
IT & Process Expertise: You are proficient in using warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Language Skills: You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken, enabling you to communicate confidently in an international environment.
Personal Strengths: You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and reliable manner, prioritize teamwork, and maintain an overview even when priorities shift.
Mobility & Flexibility: You hold a valid driver's license (Class B) and are willing to work on Saturdays when required.
