Manager Commissioning (m/f/d)

Discover your exciting role As a Commissioning Manager, you will be part of our quality & commissioning team and with your technical knowledge & project management expertise you will ensure projects are planned and managed in a coordinated manner through all levels of commissioning.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Lead the full commissioning process (Level 1–5), including planning, scheduling, execution, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate all internal and external partners , including contractors, OEMs, engineering teams and client
• Review and approve technical designs, specifications and test procedures for all MEP systems
• Execute and supervise functional, integration and load tests, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Oversee all commissioning arrangements, testing sequences, documentation, and progress tracking, ensuring full compliance with EHS requirements and effective const control.
• Oversee the closure of all observations, non-conformities, and commissioning-related issues to the full satisfaction of the client and the organization.

Show Your Expertise

• Bachelor’s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical), Science & Technology, or related disciplines.
• Many years of experience in commissioning, including proven success in a senior commissioning or leadership role.
• Strong expertise in commissioning procedures, legal standards, and certification requirements.
• Demonstrated experience with commissioning of Data Centers or similarly complex technical environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with the project team and client representatives
