Job description

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • You will independently and responsibly take ownership of tasks and sub-projects in Sales/Key Account Management for your team’s customers.

  • You will prepare proposals for promotions and in-store activities that are presented directly to customers.

  • You will respond to customer inquiries, support day-to-day business activities, and participate in customer meetings.

  • You will analyze the performance of your activities – both digitally at your desk and on-site through store checks.

  • You will be involved in presenting our latest products and innovations to customers.

  • You will think beyond your immediate responsibilities and work closely with our Supply Chain team to support the tracking of delivery performance.

  • You will have the opportunity to attend the world’s largest toy fair in Nuremberg.

What We’re Looking For:

  • You are currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.

  • Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience in sales, customer service, or Key Account Management – nice to have, but not a must.

  • You are confident communicating in both German and English and are comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • You are communicative, open-minded, and quick to familiarize yourself with new topics.

  • Numbers, data, and analyses do not intimidate you – quite the opposite.

  • You work independently and reliably, and you take a proactive, hands-on approach.

What We Offer:

  • Monthly internship allowance of EUR 2,297.67 gross

  • 30 vacation days per year (prorated to internship duration)

  • Hybrid working set-up

  • Commuting benefits (only applicable if there is no semester ticket)

  • Meal vouchers

  • Subsidized EGYM Wellpass membership

  • Employee assistance program: Access to Modern Health and Headspace

  • Toy discount
