Financial Analyst

SAAS Properties is looking for a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role assists with the monthly close process, contributes financial insight for senior management, and helps keep the finance operations accurate and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and forecasting, helping align financial plans with business strategy and conducting variance analysis
• Assist with monthly close activities, including P&L preparation, accruals, and GL reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial packs for senior management, with clear commentary on performance, risks, and opportunities
• Deliver regular sales reports and ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions, including budget-vs-rate comparisons
• Support cost control activities, including CAPEX monitoring, budget availability checks, and GL code accuracy
• Support external audits and help ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and VAT regulations
• Contribute to MIS reporting and collaborate cross-functionally on business projects
• Work within Oracle NetSuite to maintain data integrity and support reporting workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting
• Experience with a real estate developer is required
• CPA, ACCA, or CMA in progress is a plus
• Working knowledge of IFRS and VAT regulations
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is an advantage
• Strong Excel skills
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
