About The Role As a Senior Business Analyst, Holidays , you will make an impact by driving functional analysis across booking and servicing flows for airline holiday platforms, with a focus on Amadeus Passenger Service System configuration and digital delivery. You will be a valued member of the consulting team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, digital teams, architecture teams, technology partners, and clients to translate complex requirements into clear, structured solutions.

In This Role, You Will

• Analyze, refine, and document business requirements related to hotel booking, servicing, and holiday platform capabilities.
• Support end-to-end functional flow definition across booking, manage-your-booking, consumption, servicing, and exception scenarios.
• Deepen functional analysis across Amadeus PSS capabilities, including PNR creation, PNR updates, servicing processes, and associated booking flows.
• Partner with digital, architecture, business, and IT stakeholders to clarify requirements, validate solution design, and identify impacts, dependencies, risks, and gaps.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and Jira stories that support effective delivery across complex IT environments.
• Build subject matter expertise in Amadeus PSS and airline digital ecosystems, becoming a trusted functional and technical reference point for stakeholders.

What you must have to be considered

• Strong experience with Amadeus Passenger Service System, including PNR structure, PNR lifecycle, ancillary services, SSR, booking flows, and servicing flows.
• Experience in the airline, travel, or holidays domain, with the ability to support complex business and technology delivery environments.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar consulting role in complex IT delivery programs.
• Ability to work across business, digital, architecture, IT, and partner teams to clarify requirements and validate solution direction.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

These will help you succeed

• Experience supporting an airline holidays platform or travel retail platform.
• Good understanding of digital platforms, system integrations, and airline servicing ecosystems.
• Experience writing structured requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, or Jira stories for technology delivery teams.
• Ability to identify functional gaps, risks, inconsistencies, and dependencies early in the delivery lifecycle.
