Are you a senior cybersecurity expert with a deep background in safeguarding industrial automation, SCADA networks, and critical infrastructure?

We are hiring an Industrial Control Systems Security Principal to be based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. In this key role, you will bridge the gap between engineering, IT, and plant operations—building resilient OT security architectures while ensuring zero disruption to live industrial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture Design: Build Purdue-aligned architectures, zones/conduits, IT/OT DMZs, and secure remote access for SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and IIoT devices.
• Threat Detection & SIEM: Integrate industrial telemetry (historian data, OPC-UA, network traffic) into SOC/SIEM platforms for real-time threat monitoring.
• Standards & Compliance: Operationalize global frameworks like IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and ISO 27019 into practical, live-environment controls.
• Incident Response: Establish and execute OT-specific playbooks and forensic investigations to safely handle cyber incidents in production settings.
• Digital Transformation: Conduct secure-by-design reviews for cloud integration and IIoT initiatives without compromising safety or uptime.

What We Are Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive experience in OT security, industrial automation, or critical infrastructure protection.
• Strong technical background with industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC-UA, IEC 60870-5).
• Hands-on expertise with OT anomaly detection, industrial firewalls, and vulnerability management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Ability to translate complex technical risks into clear reports for executive leadership.
