Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of HVAC products, including new models, series, and customized units.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and other teams to ensure smooth product development and production.
• Drive Value Engineering initiatives to improve product cost, quality, efficiency, and competitiveness.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions for product customization, deviations, and customer-specific requirements.
• Support the development, prototyping, testing, and commissioning of new HVAC products.
• Provide technical support to Sales, Service, and customers regarding product applications and engineering requirements.
• Evaluate components, materials, and suppliers to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, industry standards, and engineering practices.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering .
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in HVAC/Refrigeration Design & Product Development.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, standards, and product development.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office ; knowledge of ERP/design systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and conceptual skills.
• Good command of English ; Arabic is an advantage.
