In this role, you will work as part of a dynamic and successful global OTC team. You will be accountable for maximising cash flow whilst minimising bad debt provision as well as handling queries and chasing payments from our customers on behalf of our Saudi and Middle East region. This role is based in Saudi Arabia in our Riyadh office, all applicants must be fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading and writing all essential) as well as being a Saudi National.

What you'll be doing;

• Responsible for all cash collections for the Saudi and Middle East region including cash receipts forecasting, query management and pro-active credit control.
• Sending out invoices, monthly statements, calling customers in line with the cash collections process and work collaboratively with the local Sales team to aid and assist negotiations and escalations with the joint ambition of reducing the age profile of receivables.
• Providing management with timely and accurate reporting that includes cash collections forecasts and maintaining all unallocated/unidentified credits is key.
• Drive targeted AR reductions and help improve relevant controls whilst maintaining quality of output in a KPI driven environment in order to achieve monthly bookings, billing and collections targets.
• Promote and develop excellent working relationships across all internal and external stakeholders, placing the customer at the heart of any decision.

What experience are we looking for:

Essential -

• A background in credit control
• Independent and proactive approach to work,
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in an International B2B/OTC Business.
• Knowledge and experience of all methods of payment and the different payment channels for receiving customer payments.
• Excellent communication skills.

Desirable -

• Experienced using Salesforce
