Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate technical and contractual activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams.
  • Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from initiation through completion.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, service agreements, scope of work, and related contractual documents.
  • Monitor contract compliance, deliverables, milestones, and contractual obligations.
  • Support contract negotiations with vendors, consultants, and service providers.
  • Identify and monitor contractual and project risks, including scope changes, delays, claims, and resource constraints.
  • Maintain contract registers, project trackers, action logs, and related documentation.
  • Prepare project reports, contractual summaries, presentations, and management updates.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and key milestones.
  • Support change management, variation orders, and contract amendments.
  • Coordinate project meetings and ensure timely follow-up and closure of action items.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to the PMO management team.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technical project coordination, contract management, or a similar role within engineering, construction, PMC, or consultancy environments.
  • Proven experience coordinating large-scale engineering or construction projects.
  • Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, administering, and negotiating contracts, SLAs, scopes of work, and related contractual documents.
  • PMP certification or relevant project/contract management certification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and contract administration principles.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Microsoft Excel, and Smartsheet.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, data analysis, and project tracking.
  • Strong understanding of project and contract risks, including delays, scope changes, variations, claims, and resource constraints.
