Superviseur HVAC

HVAC Supervisor – Ref. JOB-1566 Summary We are looking for an HVAC Supervisor to work on an industrial project . You will be responsible for overseeing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

This role requires strong technical expertise in HVAC, as well as the ability to manage on-site teams and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and scheduling standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) on an industrial site.
• Coordinate technical teams and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of the work.
• Inspect installation quality and ensure compliance with applicable standards (HVAC, safety, electrical, etc.).
• Participate in project planning and monitor site progress.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact on site for all HVAC-related matters.
• Attend site meetings and technical reviews with other trades.
• Report regularly on progress to the project manager.

Your Experience

• Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in the installation and supervision of HVAC systems on industrial projects.
• Knowledge of industrial steel structures and their integration with HVAC systems.
• Solid understanding of electrical standards and technical drawings (P&ID, single-line diagrams, etc.).
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary technical teams on site.
• Background in complex industrial environments, ideally in the energy sector.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree (Bac+2/3) in HVAC engineering, thermal engineering, energy systems, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to interact with multiple technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices on construction sites.
• Valid working-at-heights and N2 certifications.
• Valid driver’s license (Category B).
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexible hours depending on site requirements.
