Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Node.js, Next.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on performance and user experience.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications using modern DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and implement scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js with Express.js or NestJS.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js, including Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG).
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Good understanding of authentication, authorization, and web security best practices.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Nginx for application deployment and configuration.
• Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized application deployment is an advantage.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience in React Native mobile application development, including native modules and publishing apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Experience with Redis, WebSockets, or message queues.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
• Experience building AI-enabled or data-driven applications.
